It should come as absolutely no surprise that women are now spreading their legs for plastic surgeons. After all, we live in a world of penis piercings, clit clamps, and “genitorture.” If people are willing to pay half-trained needle-wielding amateurs to put earrings in their crotches, why shouldn’t they pay professional surgeons to spruce up the area too?
